Need to update your menu or specials on a regular basis? Busy running your restaurant, food truck or catering business and have no time to do it yourself? Though it's easy to make any content changes with our CMS and tutorials, we can also take care of the updates for you.

What are some typical website updates?
Examples of updates included in our plans are: addition or deletion of a menu item, special, event, text, picture (and basic retouching), color changes, etc. Website changes that require more extensive design work are not covered under website care plans. We’ll provide a quote for these changes when needed.
I need to make more changes than included in my Website Care Plan, what can I do?
You can always make changes yourself using our easy-to-use content management system (available in STANDARD or PREMIUM plan), you can upgrade to a different Website Care Plan or use our help on an hourly basis. Our rate is approximately $50.00 per hour)
*What if I didn't make any updates this month, can I keep my unused hours?
If less than included in your plan number of hours is used within a month, the balance is rolled-over to the next month and can be used within 1 year after the first day of your billing cycle.
Can I get more than 5 hours of support per month?
Sure, we are always here to help you. It's unlikely that you'll need more than 5 hours of monthly support, because many parts of your website can be automated (for example, you can schedule your specials or events in advance and they will automatically appear and hide when necessary, your menu can also change accordingly), but if you feel you need more time, just contact us and we will adjust your plan.
Can I have my Website Plan billed annually, but my Website Care Plan billed monthly or vice versa?
No. For convenience and to provide a better service, we require that your website subscription is aligned with your website care plan.
