Order Notifications

How do I start?

Create an account and choose a plan that best fits your needs, subscribe to it. Send us your restaurant information (like name, location, working hours), your menu, specials, pictures, link to your website (if you have any), etc. Once you've done this, we start working on your new website. We will keep you updated on the status of your website and let you know if we need any more information.

Is there any contract?

All our plans are month to month unless you sign up for our annual plan to get up to 25% discount.

I don't have a domain name, can I purchase one from you?

We don't sell domain names, but we can definitely help you to register one. Most domain names cost just $10-15 per year.

Can I use domain name that I already have

Yes. When you subscribe to our service, you get a free temporary domain (like myrestaurant.smartwebsquad.com). Then once you review your demo website and it's ready to go live, we can connect your old domain or help you register a new one.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, our prices are transparent. The price you see is the price you pay.

My restaurant has more than one location. Do I have to pay for each location?

The charge is only 20% for each additional location. You can also add more locations to your website as you grow.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We offer both monthly and annual billing. Pay annually and receive up to 25% discount.

What is included in setup and launch?

Setup and launch includes everything you need to make your website look nice and clean. We input your menus, organize site content, upload images, personalize colors and backgrounds, link your social media accounts and much more.

Do I need to pay extra fees for web hosting?

No. Smart Web Restaurant is a hosted solution. Web Hosting is included in all our plans. Each plan has up to 100 Gb of data transfer. It's usually enough for most of our customers. Once you hit this limit, there's an extra 5c fee per 1GB of additional traffic.

Can I update my website myself?

If you use our Standard or Premium Plan, you'll be able to log in and make changes to your site anytime you want. It's so easy to change menu, specials, images and text, even a kid can do it.

Can you make updates for me?

Yes. Just send an email at support@smartwebsquad.com and we'll update what you need for a small extra fee. Most updates can usually be done within 1-2 business days. If you want us to take care of your regular updates, check out our Website Care Plans, they start from just $39.99/month.

Can I change my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade/downgrade your plan (limit once per month). If your new plan costs less, you'll receive a credit towards future payments.

I bought the Premium Plan and want to offer Online Ordering, how do I receive payments for online orders placed on my website?

You can receive payments in cash or by credit card at time of pick-up or delivery. You can also accept credit card payments online. Our current preffered payment gateway is Braintree, their processing fee is 2.9% + $.30 per transaction.
