Who is eligible?

Almost everybody! Our Referral Program can be utilized by an individual or a company. Membership is free, and each successful referral will earn you 20% commission on Smart Web Restaurant plan fees. Although we auto-approve Referral Partner Program applications, we reserve the right to re-evaluate applications at a later time. We may deny your application at our discretion.

What is a valid referral?

A referral is awarded when you refer someone to us and they subscribe to one of our Smart Web Restaurant plans. To be credited with the referral, the purchaser must enter your unique referral code at checkout.

What if my referral does not become a customer?

Сommissions are only issued for referrals that result in a sale of Smart Web Restaurant subscription plans. Referrals that do not become customers are not eligible for commission payments.

How long do I get referral comissions?

Commissions are based on the subscription plan fees for the restaurants you refer. You will begin receiving payments as soon as we do, subject to monthly / yearly payment cycles. You get your referral commissions for as long as referred customer stays with us.

How can I refer you a customer?

You can purchase a Smart Web Restaurant plan yourself using your referral code, give your referral code to a restaurant owner to be used at checkout, introduce us to the owner, or just send us an email with restaurant name, address, owner contact information and we'll pick it up from there.

My friend is already a customer of yours, can I get referral premiums?

No, we only pay if you bring us new customers.

How do I get paid?

We pay you via PayPal or wire-transfer. If you have a PayPal account, ensure the email address we have on file matches your PayPal account email address. We can also send you a check, but there is the minimum amount of $100 per check.

Is there a limit on how much I can make?

We don't place any limits on your earnings; the more you refer, the more you earn.

I'm your customer, can I use premiums to pay for my account?

For now, we don't have a mechanism to automatically apply your premiums to your account. But, we are working on it and will let you know when this option becomes available.
